✅ Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds in the following limited situations:

• You did not receive access to the purchased content within 24 hours.

• You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment).

• A technical issue on our side prevented you from using the product.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

❌ Refunds Not Applicable:

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• If you have already accessed, downloaded, or streamed the content.

• If you simply change your mind after purchase.

• If your request is submitted after 7 days from the transaction date.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
